Job summary

MCI is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Assistant to support recruitment operations in our Philippines HR team. The role focuses on scheduling interviews, candidate communication, and maintaining accurate records to ensure a smooth hiring process.

You will work with hiring managers, use ATS, and help build a positive candidate experience while upholding compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage the recruitment inbox and candidate inquiries.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate interview updates and required documentation to candidates.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Utilize ATS to track applications and update statuses.
• Support recruitment reporting with timely data entry.
• Build networks for current and future hiring.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews; assess against requirements.
• Promote employer brand to attract top talent.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and ensure smooth process.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and background checks.
• Complete daily/weekly recruitment reports.
• Maintain employment records for reference.
