Job summary

iCare HMO is seeking a Recruitment Associate in Metro Manila to source, screen, and select qualified candidates for multiple roles. You will manage the end-to-end hiring process, from posting jobs to interviewing, testing, offers, and reference checks.

You will partner with hiring managers, maintain job descriptions, build a candidate network, track recruitment metrics, and support onboarding, payroll setup, and issuance of onboarding materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Proficient in HR functions, MS Office, HRIS, and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hiring: posting, resume review, pre-employment tests, interviews, offers and reference checks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to keep job descriptions current and relevant.
• Gather pre-employment requirements and ensure submission.
• Build and maintain networks of potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and monitor key HR metrics.
• Manage subscriptions/payments for job posting portals.
• Liaise with agencies, universities, and government bodies as needed.
• Oversee onboarding: orientation, admin requirements, HRIS entries, payroll account setup.
• Issue onboarding materials such as IDs, HR manuals, and cards.
• Track time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.
