iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple locations in the Philippines. You will screen, interview, and present qualified candidates using the iCIMS Talent Platform, while building relationships with leaders to boost referrals and strengthen our employer brand.

Ideal candidates have hands-on iCIMS experience, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Qualificações

• Experience handling high-volume recruitment campaigns.
• Proficient with iCIMS Talent Platform ATS.
• Strong sourcing across job boards and social media.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Full Life Cycle Recruitment: source through hire for multiple locations.
• Screen interviews, evaluate applicants, present qualified candidates in iCIMS.
• Screen candidates by phone and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Build relationships with business leaders to generate referrals.
• Participate in recruiting events to attract candidates and strengthen employer brand.
• Ensure positive candidate experience with timely, professional communication.
• Document activities in ATS and stay compliant with laws.
• Evaluate and implement recruitment process improvements.
