Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support the hiring process by building a strong pipeline of candidates, posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone screens.

You will coordinate interviews, administer pre-employment tests if applicable, maintain the candidate database, and assist onboarding, reporting to the Recruitment Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or an equivalent field.
• 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Marcos Highway, Antipolo City.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Create a pipeline of candidates using various job posting platforms.
• Assist in posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Administer pre-employment tests, if applicable, to candidates who pass the initial interview.
• Maintain and update the candidate database promptly and accurately.
• Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Manager and HR team as needed.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Perform any HR-related work that may be assigned from time to time.
