Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Makati City is seeking an Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to optimize recruitment and onboarding, and strengthen the employer brand. You will collaborate with HR and Marketing to attract top talent and improve candidate experience.

You will lead junior recruiters, drive data-driven improvements in time-to-hire and candidate engagement, and build strategic partnerships with universities and industry groups. The role is on-site, Monday to Friday, 8AM-6PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven ability to lead or coach junior recruiters.
• Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to boost recruiter productivity and improve conversion.
• Partner with Marketing to promote the employer brand across channels and build university/government partnerships.
• Oversee onboarding and new-hire experience, ensuring compliance and early engagement.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and continuously improve recruitment processes.
