Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a Talent Acquisition/HR Analyst I to manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and drive timely hiring outcomes. You will oversee the full lifecycle, ensure an excellent candidate experience, and support workforce planning while meeting SLAs.

The role requires strong sourcing, ATS proficiency, and the ability to learn enterprise AI tools to support technical workflows. Office-based with flexible in-office requirements in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of end-to-end recruitment experience; corporate recruitment is a plus.
• Strong candidate sourcing and talent mapping using job boards, social media, and networks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in ATS, HR systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Ability to learn and apply enterprise AI tools to support workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide variety of requisitions across multiple functions and levels.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing to pre-onboarding.
• Facilitate talent calibration and hiring discussions with stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date information on all hiring and candidate trackers for reporting.
• Manage applicant queue to ensure candidate waiting time meets SLAs (TAT).
• Manage communications queue to address inquiries promptly.
• Drive completion and compliance of pre-employment requirements.
• Participate in TA/HR-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Present hiring updates, market insights, and recruitment metrics in meetings.
• Strategize with TA leaders and execute talent acquisition strategies.
• Conduct market research for current and projected hiring demands.
• Promote and strengthen employer brand to attract top talent.
• Regularly meet work-from-office frequency requirements.
• Meet recruitment SLAs and performance targets.
