ConnectOS in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and drive end-to-end recruitment. You will attract top talent through effective campaigns, source candidates, and build strong talent pipelines, ensuring a smooth process from engagement to appointment.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, meticulous record-keeping, and collaboration with the recruitment team to continuously improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in Recruitment.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
• Attract top talent through job advertising, campaigns, candidate sourcing and pipelines.
• Manage recruitment process from initial engagement through interviews and checks.
• Build relationships with Hiring Managers, candidates and stakeholders to support hiring outcomes.
• Deliver a great candidate experience with timely communication and fair processes.
• Maintain accurate records and recruitment documentation.
• Resolve recruitment queries and support continuous improvement.
• Work with Recruitment Team Lead and undertake other duties as required.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
• Attract top talent through effective job advertising, recruitment campaigns, candidate sourcing, and talent pipelines.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial engagement through interviews, reference checks, work rights verification, and appointment.
• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders to support successful hiring outcomes.
• Deliver a great candidate experience through timely communication, professional service, and a fair and transparent selection process.
• Maintain accurate records and up-to-date recruitment documentation, processes, and procedures.
• Resolve recruitment queries and support continuous improvement across recruitment activities.
• Work closely with the Recruitment Team Lead and undertake other duties as required.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 2 years’ experience in Recruitment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

• Certificate IV in Human Resources or a related qualification.
• Previous experience in the construction or mining industry.
• Experience using AIMS Recruitment - Nice to have
