Twoconnect is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring across IT and Construction & Engineering verticals, managing sourcing, screenings, and candidate preparation in a fast-paced environment. The role involves building strong relationships with candidates and clients while maintaining a healthy ATS pipeline.

Candidates from the Greater Manila Area will be prioritized; the role is mostly work-from-home with onsite quarterly.

Qualifications

• BS Psychology, Human Resources, or a similar field.
• At least 5 years in a similar outsourcing role.
• Experience hiring for IT, Construction and Engineering roles.
• Proficient in MS Office and ATS.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs and market trends.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings, first-round interviews, and prep candidates for client interviews.
• Manage relationships with candidates and clients through the hiring process up to pre-onboarding.
• Maintain data in the ATS and ensure timely progress of roles.
• Collaborate with team and support recruitment across IT and Construction & Engineering

Are you a well-rounded recruiter who enjoys working across multiple industries? We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take the lead in both IT and Construction & Engineering verticals. While you'll be exposed to a wide range of roles, your primary focus will be sourcing top talent in these key areas.

In this role, you'll manage end-to-end hiring processes and build strong candidate relationships. You'll work with a collaborative team, maintain a healthy pipeline through our ATS, and stay current with evolving market trends and tools. If you're proactive, organized, and passionate about finding the right talent, we’d love to hear from you.

• Implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs and market trends
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, referrals, social media, and internal databases
• Conduct initial screenings, first-round interviews, and prepare candidates for client interviews
• Manage relationships with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process up to pre-onboarding
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS and ensure timely progress of roles in the recruitment pipeline
• Collaborate with team members and support recruitment activities across different verticals, with a focus on IT and Construction & Engineering

• Degree in BS Psychology, Human Resources, or a similar field.
• At least 5 years in a similar role in an outsourcing environment.
• Experience hiring for IT, Construction and Engineering roles is required.
• Effective communication and influence at various business levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Good analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to work in a team of experienced professionals.

Candidates from the Greater Manila Area will be prioritized as this role will be mostly working from home but may need to work onsite on a quarterly basis.
