Job summary

Vestas Philippines is seeking a Finance SSC professional focused on Travel & Expense and T&E issue resolution within the global finance shared services center. The role emphasizes end-to-end T&E processing, KPI reporting, and collaboration with regional finance teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

You will support process improvement, data analyses, and reporting while working with SAP Concur and ERP systems, contributing to the efficiency of our finance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/University Degree in Finance, Business Studies, or Accounting.
• Experience with Travel & Expense processes and reporting (3–5 years).
• BPO/Shared Service experience preferred.
• SAP Concur knowledge is a plus.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in improving and optimizing T&E processes and procedures.
• Execute T&E processing per Vestas SOPs.
• Collaborate with Regional Finance and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and with quality.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports and schedules.
• Analyze KPIs and PPIs for the function.
• Assist in training and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Manage end-to-end corporate card program.
