Job summary

Vestas Philippines Shared Service Centre is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable specialist to manage end-to-end payment processes for external invoices, intercompany transactions, and related requests.

In this role, you will execute scheduled and manual payments, validate payee details, assist with bank reconciliations, and produce exception reports while ensuring accuracy and timely payments within a global SSC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business management or related area.
• Minimum of three (3) years of solid end-to-end Accounts Payable and Payment Processing
• Experience managing inquiries using a ticketing tool or platform, ServiceNow
• Practical experience with online banking platforms and manual payment processing
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4 HANA
• Experience working in a shared services environment and/or collaborating with cross-cultural or global teams

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payment processing for vendor invoices and intercompany transactions.
• Execute scheduled and manual payments; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare exception reports and investigate payment issues.
• Support bank reconciliation and SCF-related controls.
• Respond to payment inquiries and drive process improvements.
