Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS/BA or related field.
• 2–5 years in IT with systems analysis, QA, or related roles.
• Programming background required; strong software development concepts.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specs for dev teams.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and system docs.
