Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams. You will document BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and process flows, and support solution design, testing, and UAT.

This hybrid role is based in Makati City, Philippines, with start ASAP or within two weeks. A minimum of five years in technology projects and a solid SDLC background are required.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Strong understanding of SDLC including design, testing, deployment and support.
• Experience creating BRDs, functional specs, user stories, process flows and use cases.
• Knowledge of UAT processes including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Create functional and non-functional specifications.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams.
• Support solution design, integration, and testing activities.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and walkthroughs with business and IT teams.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for system integrations.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution.
• Ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and compliance requirements.
