Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in IT roles (Systems Analyst/Support/QA/BA) is preferred.
• Programming background with understanding of software development concepts.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and system documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and project teams throughout the SDLC.
• Support system integrations, API mapping, data flow analysis, and technical discussions.
• Assist in QA, system testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Identify and coordinate resolution of system issues, bugs, and enhancement requests.
• Develop user guides, technical docs, and training materials; conduct end-user training.
• Analyze current processes and recommend system enhancements and automation opportunities.
• Support project implementation to deliver quality outcomes.

Systems Support Analyst

Marie France Group is looking for a Systems Support Analyst who is passionate about solving business challenges through technology. If you have experience in software development, systems analysis, quality assurance, or business analysis and enjoy working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll serve as the vital link between stakeholders and our IT team, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective, scalable, and user-friendly system solutions.

What You'll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.

• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, user stories, and system documentation.

• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and project teams throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Support system integrations, API mapping, data flow analysis, and technical solution discussions.

• Assist in Quality Assurance (QA), System Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Identify, document, and coordinate the resolution of system issues, bugs, and enhancement requests.

• Develop user guides, technical documentation, and training materials while conducting end-user training when needed.

• Analyze current business processes and recommend system enhancements, automation opportunities, and process improvements.

• Support project implementation and ensure deliverables meet business objectives and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, System Support Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst, Software Developer, Business Analyst, or a similar IT role.

• Programming background is required with a solid understanding of software development concepts.

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Skills

We're looking for candidates with experience in some or most of the following:

• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• SQL and database management

• APIs, system integrations, and system architecture

• Programming languages such as Java, Python, PHP, C#, .NET, JavaScript, or similar technologies

• Business process modeling and workflow analysis

• Quality Assurance (QA), software testing, and documentation standards

• Tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, or equivalent platforms

Nice to Have

• Experience in enterprise system implementation or digital transformation projects.

• Exposure to system integrations and cross-functional software development teams.

• Experience supporting business process automation initiatives.
