Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. is seeking a Junior Systems Analyst to maintain and extend our centralized data warehouse and BI tools. You will design IT solutions, enhance existing systems, and integrate new features to boost business efficiency.

Ideal candidates will combine programming, data modeling, and statistics with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Onsite work at BGC, Taguig, Monday to Friday, with a focus on data accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization (Tableau advantageous).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and API integration.
• Knowledge of Shopify platform management and customization.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:
Junior Systems Analyst is responsible for the upkeep and development of centralized data warehouse and BI tools throughout the organization. He/she will design new IT solutions, modify, enhance or adapt existing systems, and integrate new features to improve business efficiency and productivity. The role combines hard skills like programming, data modeling, and statistics with soft skills like communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of internal systems to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau.
• Support the development and maintenance of web applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Assist in the configuration and management of ERP systems.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with BI tools, particularly Tableau is a plus.
• Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML,PHP, SQL, CSS, JavaScript).
• Understanding of API integration and development.
• Knowledge of Shopify platform management and customization.
• Experience with ERP systems and their functionalities.
• Ability to develop and deploy applications using AppSheet or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge in Relational database(RDBMS)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with SQL for database management and querying.
• Familiarity with data visualization and data warehousing concepts.
• Basic understanding of server management and hosting environments.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
