We are seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst to join our team at our office in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full‑time, onsite position that plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying system requirements, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to design and implement effective technology solutions. This position is essential to ensuring that our systems align with business goals and deliver measurable value to our clients and organisation.
Gather and document business requirements, compensation rules, and calculation logic.
Analyze existing COBOL processes and support system modernization/migration.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Work with Finance, Sales, Technology, Data, Development, and QA teams.
Analyze data flows, integrations, data mapping, and reconciliation requirements.
Support SIT, UAT, parallel runs, defect resolution, and business validation.
Maintain process documentation and identify process improvement opportunities.
Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar analytical role
Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping techniques
Solid knowledge of database concepts and SQL querying is advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
