Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Philippines is seeking a Site HRBP/HR Generalist to support a 300-headcount site. The role focuses on employee relations, investigations, notices, and disciplinary actions, ensuring policy compliance and proper documentation.

You will also drive employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and a productive work environment, with readiness to start immediately and to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna.

Qualifications

• At least College graduate.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in inventory and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

The Site HRBP is currently handling an estimated 300 headcount which significantly increases the scope and complexity of HR responsibilities. In addition, the HR Generalist will focus on Employee Relations, particularly on handling disciplinary cases, conducting investigations, preparing notices and documentation, and recommending appropriate disciplinary actions with proper justifications, which require timely handling to ensure compliance with company policies and proper documentation. In addition, the position will actively support employee engagement initiatives, which are critical in maintaining morale, improving retention, and sustaining a productive work environment.
