Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Systems Team Lead to guide business design, analysis, systems support, and change management for strategic programs in the Philippines. You will translate business strategies into actionable requirements and operating models, lead workshops with cross‑functional teams, and develop training and communications to ensure successful adoption of changes.

You will collaborate with Product Groups, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to secure stakeholder

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of unsecured lending and credit card end-to-end processes.
• Hands-on with Mastercard MAS and MCPS tooling.
• Proficient with the PRIME system and its modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, and documentation of future-state processes and operating models.
• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, prioritization, and documentation.
• Oversee system parameter maintenance and non‑development changes.
• Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Facilitate workshops with Product Groups, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Business Units.
• Translate strategic objectives into solution requirements and use cases.
• Develop training plans, communications, user guides, and capability-building initiatives.
• Coach and develop Systems Managers.
