• Lead analysis, design, and documentation of future-state processes and operating models.
• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, prioritization, and documentation.
• Oversee system parameter maintenance and non‑development changes.
• Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Facilitate workshops with Product Groups, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Business Units.
• Translate strategic objectives into solution requirements and use cases.
• Develop training plans, communications, user guides, and capability-building initiatives.
• Coach and develop Systems Managers.

About The Role

The role translates business strategies into actionable business requirements, future-state operating models, process improvements, and solution recommendations while ensuring stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, and successful adoption of business and system changes.

About The Role

As Systems Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading business design, business analysis, systems support, and change management activities for strategic initiatives and transformation programs. The role translates business strategies into actionable business requirements, future-state operating models, process improvements, and solution recommendations while ensuring stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, and successful adoption of business and system changes.

How You’ll Contribute

• Lead the analysis, design, and documentation of future-state business processes, operating models, customer journeys, and business solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, prioritization, and documentation activities.
• Oversee and/or perform system parameter maintenance, application configuration activities, and business-user changes that do not require technology development.
• Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations.
• Partner with Product Groups, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Business Units to facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, solution reviews, and decision-making discussions.
• Translate strategic objectives into solution requirements, business use cases, value hypotheses, and benefit projections.
• Lead the development of training plans, communication materials, user guides, and capability-building initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop Systems Managers.

What We’re Looking For

• In-depth knowledge of Unsecured Lending i.e Credit Cards business and its end-to-end process.
• Intermediate to expert level of technical knowledge on Mastercard authorizations, clearing and settlement. Proficiency on the use of Mastercard tools – Mastercard Authorization System (MAS) and Mastercard Clearing and Settlement System (MCPS).
• Proficient in the use of PRIME and its functions, modules and parameters.
• Good work ethics and business partnering skills, including vendor management skills and business analysis techniques.
