Job summary

Responsibilities include developing change management plans, engaging stakeholders, delivering training, assessing impacts, and supporting project execution.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in change management or project implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with technology implementation and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management plans and training programs.
• Identify stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the change process.
• Create clear communication materials and workshops to ensure user adoption.
• Facilitate impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of implementation projects.
• Conduct data analysis and process reviews to identify improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
