Job summary

CIMB Bank Berhad in the Philippines seeks an IT professional to lead end-to-end delivery for enhancements to banking applications. You will work closely with the Project Delivery Manager and vendor teams to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and drive on-time delivery with minimal disruption to operations.

The role covers technical support, incident management, system maintenance, and change and release activities, with a strong emphasis on governance, security, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Computer Science / Information Technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong stakeholder and customer focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience presenting technical proposals to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for enhancements to banking applications and coordinate with Project Delivery Manager to ensure timely completion.
• Work with vendors to analyze business requirements and design technical solutions.
• Coordinate testing (SIT/UAT), manage timelines, and minimize disruption to operations.
• Provide level 2 support for application issues and participate in incident management.
