Job summary

Hexaware Technologies in Manila seeks a Senior Project/Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of the Philippines Core Banking Transformation programme. Qualifications

• 15+ years of project/program management experience, with end-to-end delivery of large Core Banking implementations.
• Experience managing Pre-Study → Estimate/Approval → Implementation lifecycles in banking/financial services.
• Working understanding of Trade Finance, Lending, CASA, and Payments domains.
• Proven experience managing multivendor and multi-country/distributed delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery plan across all phases including the week-by-week execution roadmap.
• Lead a distributed team across the Philippines, India, and Singapore.
• Coordinate delivery across vendors to a single plan and commitments.
• Ensure governance with client executives; present progress and decisions clearly.
• Identify and manage programme risks, including regulatory considerations in Philippine banking operations.
