Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in top strategy, management, technology consulting firms or with core banking product companies.
• Experience in core banking strategy, transformations, vendor assessment, and target operating models.
• Exposure to core banking vendor assessment or implementation or core modernization projects.
• Experience or certifications in lean digital cloud native core banking solutions such as Thought Machine or Mambu.
• Understanding of Banking architecture (BIAN) and transformation for leading banks.
• Knowledge of banking applications landscape including digital channels and core systems.
• Open to cross-country relocation.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients on complex problems and leverage domain knowledge to achieve goals.
• Conduct analysis to determine the best path for solving business problems including process improvement and systems enhancement.
• Gather facts through research, interviews, and surveys, analyze processes, and prepare final reports.
• Evaluate costs, benefits and obstacles of potential solutions and implement plans.
• Conduct business readiness assessment and drive project implementation.
