Job summary

Vertere Global Solutions, Inc. seeks a Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technology, gathering and documenting requirements and aligning solutions with business objectives.

You will prepare BRDs/FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, analyze system behavior, and collaborate with development and QA teams to deliver effective business solutions. UAT support and gap analyses are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Knowledge of system workflows, APIs, data mapping, and integrations.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
