Job summary

Xurpas Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst who will analyze existing systems, code, and documentation to translate findings into clear System Requirements Specifications (SRS). You will collaborate with developers, clients and stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and validated.

You will create test suites, design SIT and support UAT, and assist in defect investigation and resolution, bridging business and technical teams with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Business Analysis or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience analyzing existing systems, application behavior, or technical documentation.
• Experience creating System Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Experience creating Test Suites, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Hands-on experience with SIT and UAT.

• Experience with defect tracking and issue resolution processes.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing existing systems, code, and documentation to understand current functionalities and translate findings into clear and structured System Requirements Specifications (SRS). The role will work closely with developers, clients, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are properly understood and validated. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating test suites, performing System Integration Testing (SIT), supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assisting in defect investigation and resolution. This position is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills who are comfortable working between business and technical teams.
