Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT/Software.
• Experience in Banking Applications.

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into functional solutions that deliver value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a detailed business requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and analysis of systems and processes.
• Documentation and analysis of business workflows ensuring consistency, feasibility, and alignment with business objectives and industry best practices/standards.
• Prepare Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), Functional Specification Document, Technical Specification Document, and User's Manual that clearly outline the requirements, process flows, and use cases.
• Create diagrams to better illustrate the business workflows.
• Write detailed acceptance criteria to guide development and testing.
• Participates in testing activities through functional testing and verifying and validating that the requirements had been met.
• Support the QA team in defining test scenarios and reviewing test results.
• Participate in defect triage to ensure the validity of defects being filed and its alignment with business requirements.
• Handle training walkthroughs to familiarize the client with the software application.
• Communicate between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-3 years Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
• Experience in Banking Applicationing skills.
