Job summary

You will initiate sessions to gather requirements, draft guidelines, and provide training and administrative support to ensure successful project execution from start to finish.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Collaborative, communicative, and creative with strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills; Proficient in SharePoint.
• Willing to work at MOA Square, Pasay City.

Job Purpose:

To provide technical skills in documenting policies and procedures, detailed requirements analysis, document processes and recommend solutions. To assist and support in the user acceptance testing and implementation/execution of new projects. To align with the Company's mission and vision in providing constant innovation to meet business requirements within the limits of management objectives and goals.

Job Description:

• Initiate requirement gathering sessions with business users to formulate and document business requirements

• Ensure completeness of information needed relevant to the requisition for departmental equipment, forms, tangible accountabilities prior endorsement to his immediate superior
• Provide administrative support related to the department's target
• Provide recommendations in line with new initiatives and innovations
• Assist in the implementation of innovations in coordination with Technology, Process and Systems Division

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree preferably Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance or any related field
