About the role:

As a Systems Analyst, you will be at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex business requirements into effective technical solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.

What you'll be doing:

• Gather, document and analyse business requirements from stakeholders to identify system needs and opportunities for improvement

• Design and specify system solutions that align with business objectives and technical architecture standards

• Conduct thorough system testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and performance standards

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field.

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar analytical role within an IT environment

• Banking Background is a PLUS

• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

• Proficiency in systems analysis methodologies and tools such as UML, data flow diagrams, or process modelling software

• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions

• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across multiple teams and organisational levels

• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL is advantageous

• Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or business intelligence tools would be beneficial

• Certifications such as CBAP, CISSP, or vendor-specific qualifications are desirable but not essential.
