Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to document policies, analyze requirements, and support in user acceptance testing for new projects. You will gather business needs, draft guidelines, and ensure timely, compliant documentation aligned with company goals.

The role requires collaboration across teams, strong verbal and written communication, and proficiency in SharePoint. Willingness to work on-site at MOA Square, Pasay City is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Collaborative, communicative, and creative with strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate requirement gathering sessions with business users to formulate and document business requirements
• Draft policies and guidelines
• Provide users with appropriate support and advice
• Gather and prepare project requirements with timetable
• Release approved documentation of the new/updated process
• Ensure completeness of information needed relevant to the requisition for departmental equipment, forms, tangible accountabilities prior endorsement to his immediate superior
• Provide administrative support related to the department’s target
• Provide recommendations in line with new initiatives and innovations
• Assist in the implementation of innovations in coordination with Technology, Process and Systems Division

To provide technical skills in documenting policies and procedures, detailed requirements analysis, document processes and recommend solutions. To assist and support in the user acceptance testing and implementation/execution of new projects. To align with the Company’s mission and vision in providing constant innovation to meet business requirements within the limits of management objectives and goals.

Job Description:
