Job summary

East West Banking Corporation in Makati City is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology team. The role focuses on ensuring applications run efficiently by analyzing systems, solving issues, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet business needs in a hybrid work setting.

You will lead small projects, design and test software, and support deployments, with a strong emphasis on Agile practices, scalable databases, and integration with web services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full SDLC and technical delivery.
• Hands-on web app development with VB.NET, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Agile environments and project management.

• Conduct competency assessments and manage performance and career planning.
• Lead small-scale projects using agile or predictive methods, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or any related course
• At least 5 years in full SDLC and technical delivery, with hands-on experience in web app development using VB.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential to the role
• Skilled in Microsoft SQL Server, relational databases, Active Directory, and Web Services, with experience in Agile environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement, including end users and third-party vendors, with expertise in evaluating and integrating software solutions
• Proven project management skills with strong analytical and execution capabilities; excellent verbal and written communication
• Solid understanding of Agile SDLC, databases, distributed systems, and integration technologies, including web services, microservices, and APIs
