Job summary

Private Advertiser in Pasig, Metro Manila, is seeking an IT Maintenance Administrator to document all IT hardware and software, track spare parts and deployments, and monitor asset lifecycles. The role covers system configuration references, backups, security patches, and continuity planning to keep operations resilient.

You will handle user- and system-level troubleshooting, manage vendor relationships, and track incident logs while ensuring network and equipment uptime with proactive measures

Responsibilities

• Maintains documentation of all IT related hardware used by the company
• Tracks existence of spares and deployment of new hardware
• Tracks loaning of existing hardware
• Maintains documentation of all IT related software used by the company
• Maintains documentation of all relevant system configuration for referencing
• Tracking of all IT related support systems used by the company
• Such as backup systems, network management systems, custom applications, etc.
• Ensures smooth operations of all equipment, network and otherwise
• Employs methods to avoid downtime/costs/etc. associated with system failure from both internal and external causes
• Antivirus
• Firewalls
• Maintains Backups to ensure data integrity and system recovery capabilities for Business Continuity Planning
• Maintains cybersecurity of systems and networks
• Keeps software updated to latest relevant versions especially in terms of security patches
• Monitors security Logs and pre-emptively searches for areas of concerns
• Submits regular status reports on the functionality of the system
• Manages concerns at the user level
• New users (creation, configuration, etc.)
• Existing users (problems, troubles, new permissions)
• Manages concerns at the systems level
• Standard networks, permissions, etc.
• Custom programs such as custom databases applications
• Maintains record of issues and trouble shooting
• Manages relationships and contracts with vendors
• Sources additional Vendors as needed
• Tracking of Industry standards and Regulations
