Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in Manila is seeking an Associate Specialist, System Support to assist the sales and order management team in fixing system issues across ordering and billing processes. The role focuses on improving turnaround times and overall customer experience through timely issue resolution.

You will support the order lifecycle, monitor orders, and handle billing-related queries while maintaining high accuracy and strong communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Order/ Customer Support functions.
• Good data interpretation skills
• Knowledge of SAP, SalesForce and Siebel is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities and strict timelines

Responsibilities

• Support issues encountered within the implementation of the order to billing process and provide ongoing order management support
• Display proficiency in solving and handling client concerns, coordinating nonconforming data issues, and daily customer communications
• Own system issue support for the order life cycle, including order preparation, order monitoring, permissioning and billing/credits/cancellations for new and renewal orders
• Provide timely support and resolutions
• Handle and resolve internal queries relating to quote/order issues, billing and client account information errors
