Prime System Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a System and Network Engineer (Level II) to supervise IT infrastructure across client environments, combining on‑premises and cloud operations.

The role emphasizes hands‑on administration of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), security, VPNs, and proactive monitoring; strong ticketing and remote support skills are required. You will work with diverse international clients and teams.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years as a System and Network Administrator, installing and troubleshooting network/data center tech.
• Experience in helpdesk/support and ticketing systems.
• Relevant certifications (MCSA, CCNA, VCP) are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Network and System Administration: maintain client networks, servers, and cloud infra.
• Security and Compliance: monitor security, perform vulnerability scans, implement DR plans.
• Support and Troubleshooting: provide Level 1/2 support and remote diagnostics.
• Virtualization and Cloud Services: administer VMware and Azure environments.
• Collaboration and Ticket Management: use ConnectWise, Kaseya, ServiceNow; document configurations.
• Monitoring and Reporting: proactively monitor performance and report incidents.
