Prime System Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a System and Network Engineer (Level II) to oversee IT infrastructure across client environments, including on-premises and cloud systems. The role requires hands-on expertise across Windows Server, VMware, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure, with strong security practices.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years as System and Network Administrator with data center tech.
• 3-4 years in a helpdesk/technical support role with ticketing systems.
• Certification in Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware (MCSA/CCNA/VCP).

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain client network infrastructures, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies.
• Manage on-premises and cloud server environments (Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V).
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure environments.
• Implement and manage firewalls and VPNs for secure remote access.
• Provide Level 1–2 support and remote diagnosis using management tools.
• Collaborate with teams and document configurations in ticketing systems.
• Monitor performance and prepare reports on uptime and security incidents.
