Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking a Systems & Network Engineer (Level II) to oversee, manage, and secure IT infrastructure across multiple client environments, both on‑premises and in the cloud. The role emphasizes hands‑on work with Microsoft 365, AD, Azure, and various firewall technologies.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in system/network administration and in a helpdesk role, with certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience as a System and Network Administrator.
• 3–4 years in a helpdesk or technical support role with ticketing systems.
• Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware (e.g., MCSA, CCNA, VCP).

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain client network infrastructures (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless).
• Manage server environments on‑prem and in the cloud (Windows Server, VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure environments.
