Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking a System and Network Engineer to oversee IT infrastructure across client environments, covering on‑premises and cloud, with firewalls, virtualization, and security. The role emphasizes Microsoft 365, AD, Azure, VMware, VPNs, and remote access tools in a fast-paced, multi‑client setting.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows Server environments, firewall technologies, and ticketing systems. Hybrid work: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a System and Network Administrator with multi-client experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure.
• Proficient with firewall tech and VPNs (Cisco AnyConnect, Meraki, SonicWall, Fortinet).
• Strong virtualization knowledge in VMWare and Hyper-V; Windows server management.
• Experience with ConnectWise, Kaseya, ServiceNow and remote management tools.
• Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain client networks, servers, and firewalls across environments.
• Configure and support Microsoft 365, AD, and Azure cloud services.
• Implement remote access, VPNs, and security policies; monitor performance.
• Provide Level 1–2 support and troubleshoot across multi-client setups.
• Document configurations and incidents; generate regular performance reports.
