Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in enterprise application or back-end development.
• Proficient in at least one back-end language: Java, Python, or Go (Golang).
• Strong knowledge of web frameworks, REST APIs, and relational databases, particularly MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with caching technologies and message queues.
• Good understanding of system security, monitoring, backup, and production support.
• Strong requirements analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work independently with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end development, including system design, coding, testing, deployment, integration, and production support.
• Develop and maintain back-end services, APIs, databases, caching mechanisms, and system integrations.
• Ensure system stability, performance, scalability, and security through proper monitoring, logging, backup, recovery, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions and improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation covering system architecture, APIs, configurations, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with the Shanghai R&D Team on localization, integration, deployment, and enhancement of centrally developed systems.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve the efficiency of existing enterprise systems.
