Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to own daily customer service and order-management workflows, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Sydney time. You will be the operational link between customers, Sales, warehouses in Sydney and Brisbane, and global supply chain, Finance, and logistics partners.

You will receive supervised exposure during a three-week accelerated onboarding plan and will work toward independent delivery with a focus on customer retention, portfolio growth and continuous

Qualifications

• Customer service and order-management experience.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails and service enquiries with professional English.
• Provide accurate, proactive updates and own each request until resolved.
• Enter and manage B2B food and beverage orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Validate customer, product, quantity, price, stock, delivery details and order cut-off requirements.
• Monitor orders from receipt through picking, dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate amendments, backorders, substitutions and delivery changes.
