Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Online Sales Operations Specialist to optimise orders, logistics, and presales processes for our Australian retailer partners. You will work closely with supply chain and retail teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvements.

The role requires strong Excel, ERP/WMS/CRM experience, and the ability to analyze data to resolve retailer and customer issues. Remote work options from Metro Manila are available with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Intermediate to advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with ERP, WMS and CRM systems (Netsuite, Paperless or .wms, Freshdesk preferred).
Experience with Australian ecommerce retail platforms and domestic shipping solutions (Mirakl, Temple & Webster, Rithum, WMP, Shippit).
High attention to detail.
Ability to work both with a team and independently.
Process-focused and always looking for better ways to do things.

Responsibilities

Report to the eCommerce Manager in Australia and ensure smooth operational processes between supply chain and retail partners.
Map current processes, identify gaps, perform root cause analysis, propose and implement improvements.
Develop and maintain process maps and SOPs to identify inefficiencies in sales and fulfilment operations and implement practical improvements.
Analyze data to identify root causes of retailer and customer issues and implement solutions.
Manage presale activities such as putting containers on presale and selecting the best 3PL for inbound logistics.
Collaborate with Buying, Customer Care, International and Domestic Logistics, and Warehouse Teams on projects like split label setup, manifest decoupling, interstate warehousing, stock management, returns process.
Enhance the logistics experience for customers and retailers by coordinating across systems, retailer platforms, and carriers.
Maintain regular communication with retail partners to understand challenges and provide timely solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency and retailer/customer satisfaction.
