Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support international markets from SM Downtown, Cagayan de Oro. This onsite, day-shift position involves handling inquiries, orders, returns, and collaboration with a global remote team to ensure a consistent customer experience.

You will work across Shopify, Gorgias, Cin7, and Amazon to provide accurate product information and resolve issues while maintaining a warm, professional brand voice.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, ecommerce support, or customer operations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience handling customer enquiries through email and customer service platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and administrative accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests across international markets.
• Respond to customers through email while maintaining a warm, professional, and helpful brand voice.
• Process and update orders across Shopify, Gorgias, Cin7, and Amazon.
• Provide accurate product information, sizing guidance, and support with customer concerns.
• Coordinate with Operations and Logistics teams regarding stock, fulfilment, deliveries, and shipping issues.
• Manage wholesale, corporate, B2B, and D2C orders with strong attention to detail.
• Handle customer complaints and delivery exceptions, escalating complex concerns when required.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document recurring issues, feedback, and resolutions.
• Monitor customer service performance and contribute to process improvements, knowledge base content, and FAQs.
• Support customers across Australia, North America, the UK, and Europe.
• Work collaboratively with a global remote team to maintain service levels and a consistent customer experience.

Your Role

What You Need

• Experience supporting Australian or international customers.
• Ecommerce, retail, or order management experience.
• Strong understanding of order fulfilment, returns, exchanges, shipping, and inventory-related concerns.
• Experience working in a remote or globally distributed environment.
• Strong product knowledge and a customer-focused approach.
