Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Customer Service Specialist based in Manila (Cyberscape, Ortigas) to manage daily customer service and order-management workflow from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Sydney time, linking customers with Sales, warehouses, and Supply Chain.

You will undergo a three-week onboarding plan, handle diverse duties from onboarding data, order validation, and coordinate with multiple internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Excellent professional English communication across calls and emails.
• Experience handling B2B orders and customer inquiries.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails with professional English.
• Enter and validate orders in Dynamics 365 BC.
• Monitor order lifecycle from receipt to delivery and resolve issues.
