Responsibilities

• Be accountable for management of a complex/critical/large professional disciplinary area and operational function.
• Contribute to short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources, and oversee the budget and policy formation.
• Lead change-the-bank projects, resolve escalated complex issues and balance conflicting needs.
• Present and analyze data to develop solutions that increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Implement and manage a risk/control environment ensuring process integrity.
• Advise and coach junior staff on procedures across departments.
