Job summary

VITRO, Inc. is seeking a Senior Surveillance Specialist to oversee Surveillance Operations personnel responsible for video surveillance observations and monitoring tasks.

You will schedule, assign, and prioritize work, ensure policy compliance, and prepare administrative and investigative reports. You will guide 24/7 operations and work with CCTV, ACS, and alarm systems, participate in budgeting and upgrades, and contribute to security improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant security experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, ACS, Alarm systems and incident management.
• Experience in incident management, crisis and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot security technologies including CCTV, ACS, alarms and IMS.
• Perform system checks, manage software updates, coordinate maintenance and upgrades.
• Maintain system documentation and ensure data retention and compliance.
• Provide leadership to Surveillance Operations personnel for 24/7 coverage.
• Schedule and prioritize work, deliver performance feedback and training needs.
• Assist planning and budgeting for system upgrades and initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic security projects and continuous improvement.
