Job summary

Afni is seeking a CCTV Operations Supervisor to oversee 24/7 monitoring, investigations, and reporting while ensuring confidentiality of recordings. You will guide shift scheduling, coordinate with Security and other departments, and maintain system reliability.

The role requires strong English communication, 5+ years in related work, and familiarity with CCTV software/hardware. Flexible scheduling and ASAP start are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in CCTV monitoring and risk/loss prevention.
• Familiarity with CCTV software and hardware.
• Ability to generate and send reports with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations requiring evidentiary artifacts for audit purposes.
• Ensure adherence to performance goals and schedules.
• Maintain optimal logistics and report glitches with action plans.
• Manage shift coverage and team scalability.
• Report performance concerns to the Director of Fraud and Risk Management.
• Ensure CCTV cameras and systems operate properly.
• Collaborate with Security and other departments on investigations.
• Identify security breaches and safety concerns.
• Keep recordings and investigations confidential; liaise with approved management.
• View recordings as approved and provide security improvement recommendations.
