Job summary

Private Advertiser in Rizal, Philippines is seeking a CCTV Monitoring Officer to ensure continuous surveillance across specified facilities. You will identify security or operational incidents and report them within required response times.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field, at least 1 year in a command center or CCTV monitoring, and willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Vision 20/20 preferred, with or without corrective lenses.

• 20/20 vision (with or without corrective lenses).
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and identify security or operational incidents.
• Detect and report critical findings within required response times.
• Monitor CCTV equipment and report camera obstructions, focus issues, or malfunctions.
• Coordinate incidents with Security, IT, and Retail teams for timely resolution.
• Prepare complete and accurate shift reports with supporting evidence.
• Conduct proper turnover of incidents and equipment status at the end of each shift.
• Maintain daily reports on CCTV findings, equipment status, and guard attendance.
