Job summary

Security & Systems Monitoring, Inc. is seeking VIS Operators to monitor live cameras, observe client sites for authorized access, and dispatch authorities as needed. The role requires teamwork, confidentiality, and the ability to handle shifting schedules, including nights and weekends.

Candidates should be college-level graduates or current students, with strong communication skills and basic computer literacy. Prior customer service experience is a plus for this position.

Qualifications

• Must be female or male; 2nd year college level or graduate of any course.
• Team player, trainable, and able to remain calm under pressure.
• With customer service work related experience is a plus.
• Computer literate with average typing skills.
• Good in verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Possesses high regard for confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Receive and make calls to client of observe unauthorized person/on site.
• Monitor/view the live cameras within monitoring schedule.
• Dispatch appropriate authorities.
• Keep Central Monitoring Station records up to date.
• Make monthly reports as may be assigned by supervisor.
• Do the hourly monitoring of the monitored cameras.
• Check and do e-mails to clients.
