Comglasco Aguila Glass Corporation in Parañaque is seeking a CCTV Security Officer responsible for real-time monitoring, analysis, and reporting of surveillance systems, and for leading CCTV projects or restorations.
You will also oversee GPS vehicle tracking to safeguard personnel and assets, generate daily reports, maintain logs, and coordinate with HR and operations while upholding confidentiality.
The CCTV Security Officer is responsible for real-time monitoring, analysis, and reporting of surveillance camera systems and act as team lead for CCTV projects and or restoration. Also monitor company GPS vehicle tracking systems to ensure the safety of personnel, protection of company assets, and operational compliance of fleet movements. The role requires strong observational skills, technical competency, and the ability to respond promptly to incidents while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Continuously monitor live CCTV feeds across assigned facilities.
Review recorded footage for investigations and incident verification.
Identify suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or safety violations.
Immediately elevate critical incidents to the Security Supervisor or relevant authorities.
Maintain accurate surveillance logs and incident reports.
Ensure proper storage and archiving of video footage in compliance with company policy.
Conduct routine system checks to confirm cameras and recording equipment are operational.
Monitor vehicle movements via GPS tracking software.
Detect route deviations, unauthorized stops, speeding, or tampering.
Communicate with drivers and fleet supervisors regarding irregularities.
Generate daily vehicle movement reports.
Maintain tracking history records for audit and compliance purposes.
Assist management in route optimization and operational oversight.
Prepare detailed incident reports with time‑stamped evidence.
Preserve video and GPS records for investigations.
Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Law Enforcement when required.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive surveillance data.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
Report technical malfunctions to IT or maintenance teams promptly.
Support periodic security audits and risk assessments.
Participate in emergency response procedures.
Coordinate to our system provider for account related concerns
Certification in CCTV operations or Security Management (preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in surveillance monitoring, control room operations, or gps tracking.
Basic IT proficiency and knowledge of surveillance/GPS software systems.
Familiarity with data protection and privacy regulations.
CCTV system operation (IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems).
GPS tracking software and fleet management systems.
Incident documentation and report writing.
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic troubleshooting skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
