As Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and business performance across our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote Krispy Kreme products and services
• Manage social media accounts and digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to identify new opportunities and inform marketing strategy
• Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and successful campaign execution
• Create and manage marketing content including promotional materials, advertisements, and communications
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and return on investment
• Support the organisation of promotional events, brand activations, and sponsorship opportunities
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources
• Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing initiatives

What we're looking for
