Job summary

Dunkin is seeking an experienced Warehouse Head to lead our Mandaluyong distribution centre in Metro Manila. You will oversee all daily warehousing operations, drive inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards to support timely product delivery to our restaurants.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse leadership, strong knowledge of ERP systems, and a track record of staff development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse or distribution centre management experience.
• Proven track record of leading warehouse teams and managing staff performance.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations best practices.
• Experience with warehousing software and ERP systems.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatching of products.
• Manage and lead warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, performance management and schedule planning.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management through regular audits and reconciliation.
• Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Optimise warehouse layout and processes to maximise efficiency and minimise operational costs.
• Coordinate with procurement, supply chain and distribution teams to ensure smooth product flow.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory turnover and key metrics.
• Ensure products are handled, stored and dispatched in accordance with company standards and quality requirements.
• Manage warehouse equipment and arrange for maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Head to join our team at Dunkin' Donuts in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers a strategic opportunity to lead and optimise our warehouse operations. As Warehouse Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our distribution centre, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely product delivery, and adherence to safety and quality standards. This role is critical to supporting our supply chain and ensuring that our restaurants receive products on schedule to maintain service excellence.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse or distribution centre management experience
• Proven track record of successfully leading warehouse teams and managing staff performance
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations best practices
• Experience with warehousing software and systems, including experience with ERP systems
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying operational improvements
• Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations in warehousing environments
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Preferred: Experience in the food and beverage industry or quick-serve restaurant supply chain
• Preferred: Certification in Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehouse Management
