Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an Associate Manager, Supply Planning in Metro Manila to lead a team of supply planners and optimize service, inventory, and cost. You will partner with regional and local stakeholders to align with global strategies and drive improvements in performance metrics.

The role emphasizes developing team capabilities, driving continuous improvement, and fostering accountability within a high-performing supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in economics, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of Supply Chain or business experience.
• 5–7 years of experience with PC-based applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
• 3 years of demonstrated results in a team-based, cross-functional environment.
• At least 2 years of management or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of supply planners and align with regional roadmaps.
• Harmonize supply planning strategies and tooling within the cluster.
• Ensure compliance with global supply planning processes and metrics.
• Develop team capabilities through education and hands-on sessions.
• Balance customer satisfaction with inventory and cost efficiency.
• Teach planners the effects of their plans on the execution chain and metrics.
• Review KPI performance and drive root-cause analysis with action plans.
• Lead, coach and develop all supply planners.
