Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Demand Planning professional based in Makati to develop and maintain relationships with local and remote supply chain planning partners. You will influence the demand plan and relay decisions to the General Manager, Sales Director, and Marketing Director while contributing to strategic supply chain initiatives.

Responsibilities include using forecasting systems, analyzing inputs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on new product launches and transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; economics/scm/engineering preferred.
• 3-4 years in Supply Chain or related FMCG experience.
• 5+ years in cross-functional, team-based environment; S&OP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local and remote supply chain planning partners.
• Make decisions impacting the demand plan and communicate to stakeholders (GM, Sales Director, Marketing Director).
• Contribute to special projects and other supply chain initiatives.
• Forecast using demand planning systems and communicate forecast with customers.
